The main topic of thesis is draft strategy of entrance on Slovak market for company ADCALL systems s.r.o. Thesis has two parts - Literary review and Results. In Literary review is summarized issues relating to the topic of thesis and it is made in the basis of study of scientific publications. Second part - Results is based on internal analysis of company ADCALL systems s.r.o. and external analysis of Slo-vak market. On the ground of this two analysis is decided, that this business can expand on Slovak market. Then is considering, which possibility of entrance is the best. On the end of this thesis is chosen one of possibilities and is created strategy for entrance including economical evaluation.
Business Plan for the Establisment and Development of the Company focused on Increasing Finacial and Econominal Competences.

The aim of my final thesis is to create a business plan in order to found a new company called EkonomLife s.r.o. The company will primarily provide training and education to increase financial literacy of population of South Bohemia. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I describe basic segments of the business plan and explain the area of education specializing in finance and financial literacy. In particular, I focus on the game "VirtuLife", which is a crucial instrument for teaching financial literacy and at the same time a marketing instrument suitable for communication with target groups of clients of the new company. In the practical part of the thesis, I analyse internal and external environment of the company and I suggest convenient sales and marketing strategy based on the previously collected data. At the same time, I evaluate financial possibilities of the company by compiling a founding budget. At the end of my work I come to a conclusion that foundation of such company is very risky at this time and it would be better to find different ways how to address potential clients.
Organizational Architecture focused on the Strategy of Profit-Oriented Enterprise

The thesis is a critical classification of the business activity of the selected subject. The explanation of the organizational architecture (the background, structure, strategy, culture) is provided to the reader in the theoretical part of the thesis. The analytical part reflects the organizational architecture of the concrete business unit. It is interested in the background of this unit and discovers its culture. The main attention is paid to the strategy of this business unit. The modifications which are based on the external and internal analyse, will assure high-quality offered services, increase of effectiveness, will create competitive advantage and will bring long-term development of this business unit.
